When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What is your Return Policy on Auction Lots?
ALL auction sales are FINAL SALE and sold AS IS, please take this into consideration before making your purchase online. We will provide measurements on all Item posts to ensure that your item will fit in a vehicle, through your door, up the stairs, and wherever you want it to go!
For Auction Sales: After you made the final highest bid at an auction lot, we will hold it for you for up to 48 hours until you deposit the total amount, plus tax, plus any other fees including auciton fees. If the total amount is not deposited then we will offer the item to the second highest bidder. If for any reason the item was returned and you could not arrange a local pick up for your winning items within one week time-frame you will be issued a e-store credit on XPhilly.com, and the item will be re-listed and returned to the sales page.
*Please note, online store credits will be emailed to the email address you provided and confirmed during your user-account registration.
How do I purchase something from your Instagram?
Every post on our Instagram starting November 15th will have the location tag and a phone number. Call the number on the post and pay over the phone with your credit card. Easy! We mark all items with SOLD in the comments once they sell. Please remember to read the descriptions and make sure that beautiful ruge will fit in your house because once it leaves with you, it can not be returned! If you decide you do not want the item you purchased from Instagram, we will issue you store credit, not a refund. We always provide measurements and try to be as helpful as possible. Don’t hesitate to ask us as many questions as you need before your purchase. We want it to work out for you just as much as you do! Instagram and online auction sales are PURCHASES, not HOLDS, so please consider that before you buy. AND REMEMBER, everything you see on the Instagram spends time on our sales floor before we post it!
How long do I have to pick up an item that I bought?
We hold all items for up to 48 hours. Items not picked up will be re-sold and you would be issued a store credit.
I want to buy something from your web store, but I can pick it up myself. Do I still need to pay for shipping?
At this time we do not have a local pick up. We are working on securing a pickup location in the heart of center city area in 2019. And that will be our big announcement of the year! If you are living in Center City Graduate Hospital area use the discount code LOCALPICKUP, not all items have this discount code, to receive free shipping rate at the checkout.
